Why I build

I help enterprises turn sprawling digital estates into composable, AI-native platforms that actually ship. Two decades in — and I'm still most useful when strategy, architecture, and delivery sit at the same table.

I'm a technology executive with 21+ years building and governing complex digital ecosystems for Fortune 500 organizations — composable DXP, enterprise MarTech, and production agentic AI. I'm equally comfortable in the boardroom shaping multi-year roadmaps and in the weeds debating an architecture tradeoff.

For the last eight years I've led cross-geography teams across India, the US, and Canada — modernising customer experiences for global clients in IT services, CPG, automotive, healthcare accreditation, industrial distribution, legal, real-estate, building materials, and payments. My day spans strategy, architecture, delivery, and the commercial side: RFPs, SOWs, vendor selection, and long-term client partnerships.

    I stay hands-on. Roadmaps I sign off on are ones I've traced end-to-end in the architecture — because the tradeoffs live in the code, not the deck.

    Every AI investment I recommend is tied to a measured outcome: cycle time, cost, quality, or revenue. Agentic patterns are tools — not the goal.

  • Composable by default

    MACH, headless, API-first — I've shipped it. But I pick complexity deliberately: the right architecture is the simplest one that serves the next three years.

    I build engineering cultures — standards, DevOps, mentoring, career tracks — so the capability compounds long after the SOW closes.
